The process is a degreasing cycle by underwater jets up to 23 bar pressure and can be
integrated with ultrasuonic bath, rinse and vacuum drying.
The basket can work in rotation, swinging or static position due to the customer’s production requirements.
From innovative point of view, a considerable plus is a strong relation between high quality
of the cleaning and process time saving thanks to the strong mechanical action of the spraying forces and massive flow of the cleaning solution that enables to extract the contamination (chips, swarf, oil, etc.) out of chamber in half of time requested by the standard machines present on the market.
