Ultrasonic and solvent cleaning - degreasing machine I T F

These ecologic degreasing machines have got a cycle with closed chamber. They work both with chlorinate solvents, like percloroethylene, or with hydrocarbon aliphatic solvents.The machine is manufactured in three standard versions and can anyway be realized in special versions as per producing requirements, dimensional or working flow.

Design and use of these degreasing machines is requested by the market which searches in this machine an alternative to the pieces washers coming from textile washing. Cycle times are about 6 minutes instead of 20-30 minutes.

The main characteristic of these machines is that they work under vacuum. Ultrasounds with hydrocarbons in machines working by solvents as known traditional piezoelectric or magneto-restrictive ultrasounds meet difficulties in making liquids cavitate. ITF does have a special ultrasound group with microprocessor with which you can get cavitation results that can be hard reached through conventional ultrasounds on the market.
