Ultrasonic Tanks available in the following versions:

Tanks for labs and industrial type, for single use or parts of complete treatment lines, rinsing tanks included, protection, shaft drying oven (air-circulation). Where necessary these lines are comparable to the new solvent dryers, not cfc.

Automatic Tanks with pneumatic agitation systems, single composing a line, with or without automatic baskets transfer.

Automatic Plants, made of automatic tanks lines as per needs, with Multitransfert systems (all baskets moving at the same time) and Robotronic (One basket moving after another through automatic chariots) with carrying capacity from 10 up to 150 Kg. Some of the most sophisticated realizations permit the use of baskets both turning or not turning, rectangular or cylindrical.

Automatic mixed cycle Plants, realized to meet with the most difficult requirements like: Super-washing treatment with residual limits; Cupper or brass with passivation; Treatment of brass with polishing paste before transparent painting (handling, gift articles, and so on, ..); Treatment of material which can have temperature limits for drying (use of tunnel with own conveyor); Treatment of delicate material which cannot bear oxidation (use of vacuum drying systems).

Ultrasonic Plant for washing bright brass before transparent painting working with water cleaners, this machine works under hardest conditions and guarantees a sure and constant result of degreasing and removing of brightening pastes (even "older" from some days) thanks to the balance obtained with essential components: chemical products, treatment cycle, ultrasonic ratio watt/litre, drying at constant temperature.
