The Model STR Single-Station Static Rotating
Balancer is a completely stand-alone production machine, capable of accomodating various part types such as stators, dampers, flanges, drums, input housing shafts, and many others. It combines unbalance measurement, correction and recheck in the same part fixture.

- Automatic part transfer system (manual load for audit configuration).
- Configurable for a wide range of part types and sizes.
- Available unbalance correction systems (part type dependent) include:
- Automatic fixed or variable depth drilling.
- Automatic strip feed, cutoff and welding of variable length weights.
- CBI-2000 controlled servos and measurement/correction process.
- Standard pneumatic and hydraulic controls.
- High capacity chip collection vacuum.
- Cycle time (manual load, 2-correction pass) is approx. 21-28 seconds.
