Richmond Technology extrudes and converts two types of high strength polyethylene. These high strength materials provide superior physical strength characteristics while maintaining or improving contamination control properties. In most cases, the increased strength will allow significantly thinner materials to be used, which provides greater package flexibility and a greater value to the customer.
Designed for critical ultra-clean packaging applications, these polyethylene films do not contain any additives such as slip agents, antiblock, or antistats. The materials and processes have been designed to eliminate or reduce concerns of ionic contamination, outgassing, non-volatile residues, and particulate matter.
