PixelJet ITW Trident

Print Height:
The PixelJet 64 and PixelJet 128 use a single 64-channel printhead to produce near-letter-quality alphanumeric and graphic images up to 0.9 inches (22.8 mm) tall.

Resolution:
The PixelJet provides twice as many individually addressable channels as Trident's UltraJet printhead in a smaller footprint. The PixelJet can produce up to eight lines of text at twice the vertical resolution of UltraJet 96/32. In addition, several printheads can be indexed to enable imaging over a wider print area.

Rugged Construction:
The PixelJet family of printheads all are designed with an inert construction which allows the use of fluids that would corrode or destroy lesser printheads. Trident's PixelJet printheads are made of stainless steel as well as other highly inert components that have been tested for long term compatibility with a wide range of solvents.

Inkjet as a Manufacturing Process:
Trident's PixelJet is currently used in a number of sites as a manufacturing tool for the jetting of non-ink fluids. This application leverages the unique reliability, rugged materials and long-life, repairable design of the PixelJet.
