Hot Stamping/Heat Transfer Equipment uses controlled heat, pressure, and precision timing to apply colored or metallic hot stamping foil resins or pre-printed heat transfer decals to decorate surfaces of varied shapes and materials. A heated silicone rubber or metal die containing a raised graphic image is used to press or transfer the decoration onto the surface. Vertical stamping is ideal for applying decorative hot stamp foil or pre-printed heat transfers to flat or slightly crowned part surfaces, and to a maximum of 90° of the circumference of cylindrical shaped parts. These hot stamping machines are available in several tonnage ranges so that the unit can be sized for the application.
