Retort type chamber furnaces of the series RH… RVe/g can be used for various purposes such as tempering and stress relieving of tools,, which previously have been treated in vacuum hardening furnaces as well as for many other annealing processes. Recristallization annealing, spheroidize annealing, ageing nitriding w/ subsequent oxidizing nitrocarburizing.
Amongst the last one are in particular counting gas nitriding, nitrocarburizing in connection with corrosion protecting posterior treatment (oxidating).

The series RH...RVe is electrically heated, RVg stands for gas fired version.
The furnace consists of the furnace housing with state-of-the-art low temperature storing insulation and the horizontally placed retort with atmosphere circulation aggregate.
