By vibratory feeders (bowl feeders) the products are isolated and counted by a light curtain. Each counting device is equipped with a collecting flap. When using more counting devices (counting plant) each device is able to start the next counting cycle immediately when released the preceding cycle and need not wait until the last counting device has finished its counting cycle. Bowl feeders and hoppers are in several sizes available. The noise control lining of the devices guarantees a clear reduction of the sound emission. The counting plants are applicable for our packaging machines or also as stand alone devices.
