Cases, trays or crates enter the box check weigher with the short or long side leading. The weighing of the boxes takes place on the continuous motion conveyor. The target weights of the boxes are programmed at the case packer. The measured (actual) value is checked with the reference value. As an option, faulty boxes can be rejected automatically by a cross transfer unit.
