The Bag Collator BR lines up bags or packages (e.g. cartons) for easy placement into a case. It simplifies the manual case packing operation. The bags or packages are conveyed lying flat towards the bag collator. They enter the machine on a short acceleration conveyor and are transferred onto a turret. The turret consists of several pockets. By turning the turret one pitch per pack, the packs are collated into a penny-stacked format and lined up. The pocket shape also pushes the collation forward at each index. Groups of packs can easily be picked and placed manually into a case.
