Description

The JP Series 5 Servo Press is the new flagship model in the proud history of Janome servo presses. With even greater speed and interface functionality, the electrically-powered JP Series 5 runs cleaner and quieter than pneumatic and hydraulic presses, and with lower power consumption. The JP Series 5 features interactive, user-friendly programming, and multiple pressing modes, automatic amp adjustment and load calibration as well as a variety of sensor capabilities. Add our optional dedicated PC software and add powerful data acquisition analysis and reporting capabilities. With 6 different Field Network interface options, a USB port, Ethernet port and touch panel user interface capability, the JP Series 5 is ideal for both independent operation and assembly line or facility integration. The JP Series 5 performs press fitting, crimping, caulking, coining, bending, shaping, riveting, forming and other assembly operations.

Pressing Capacities: 0.5kN to 80kN
Ram Strokes: 80mm for 0.5kN, 1.0kN and 2kN models, 100mm or 150mm for 5kN and 10kN models, 200mm for 20kN to 80kN models.
