The Janome JP-4 Series Electro Press is available in three model types with a variety of capacities and stroke lengths to meet your pressing needs. The JP-4 crimps, fits, caulks, coins, pulls and carries out many other functions while consuming 80-90% less power than pneumatic and hydraulic presses.

Combine multiple pressing modes with a broad range of sensor sampling types to monitor speed, position, load, distance and other parameters for optimal performance and quality control. Use our specialized PC software, you can create your own pressing programs as well as collect precise position and load data for each shot during press operation. You can also save work result records and conduct error traceability.

Based upon the teaching pendants used with our industrial robots, the optional setting pendant unit lets you send commands and monitor press operations with ease. The interactive menu allows you to create up to 100 pressing programs without learning any special programming techniques.

Choose from among 8 different display languages: English, German, Italian, French, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, and simplified Chinese and measure distance and load using metric or English units.

A Clean Class 10* specification version is also available for clean room use.
