JP-S Series Janome Sewing Machine

Available in a wide range of models (5, 10, 15, 20, 30 and 50kN) and consuming 80-~90% less power than pneumatic and hydraulic presses, the JP-S Series Electro Press efficiently crimps, fits, caulks, pulls and carries out many other functions. Designed especially for in-line installation, the slim and compact JP-S is a real space saver. With multiple control and monitoring methods, you can easily install it in hard-to-reach places, as its Ethernet interfacing facilitates data transfer between the controller and your PC, while its open Fieldbus compatibility eliminates the need for excessive wiring.

Using our specialized PC software, you can collect precise position and load data for each shot during press operation at a rate of 200 samplings per second. You can create work result records and error traceability for thorough quality control.

An optional setting pendant unit is also available. Based upon the teaching pendants used with our industrial robots, the pendant unit lets you send commands and monitor press operations with ease. Whether you choose to use the pendant unit or a PC interface, the interactive menu allows you to create up to 512 pressing programs without learning any special programming techniques.

Choose from among 3 different display languages: English, Japanese and Korean, and measure distance and load using metric or English units.

A Clean Class 1000* specification version is also available for clean room use.
