Compact diode laser units with detachable fiber and pilot beam are required in medical laser therapy. Especially in ophthalmology these systems have to have a quite high brightness and a small spot size. unique-m.o.d.e. offers OEM lasersystems at 808 nm supplying up to 4 W from a detachable 200 micron N.A. 0.1 fiber (also 100 micron N.A. 0.2 is available). Dental LD modules deliver even higher power, up to 7 W!
These systems have a very attractive pricing. Their main application is photo coagulation at the retina.
