Longarm ultrasonic welding machine for continuous gluing of fabrics and welding of thermoplastic coated tissues .

Application:
Continuous gluing of all kinds of fabrics by means of heat activated adhesive tapes. Welding of thermoplastic-coated fabrics and thermoplastic tissues, nonwovens, foils etc.
Concept:
Working table for placing and postioning the fabric between the sonotrode and anvil roller.
Lowering and lifting the anvil roller by pedal. Start/stop of welding also by pedal.
Input and storage of welding parameters for an unlimited number of applications with automatic settings. Automatic control of preset welding power output.
Storage of welding parameter values during a welding cycle with graphic display for analysis and quality control.
