Semi automatic welding machine for welding filter tubes on plastic flange-hubs and closing filter tubes flat or with cover.
Concept:
Welding filter flanges:
Automatically rotating anvil for holding the plastic flange and imposing the filter tube. Three pneumatically driven ultrasonic horns are pressing sumultaneously against filtertube and flange for welding. In a second step the anvil turns 120° for welding the second half of the seam.
Closing of filter tube with flat seam:
By means of a second welding unit with ultrasonic horn and anvil in form of a bar.
Closing of filter tube with plastic cover or filter material:
Same process like welding of filter flanges.
