PACKET can grouping and sleeving machine.
This machine is specially designed to form packs of cans, generally rounds, from stamped cardboard. Packs are closed with hot-melt application, using a glue injection equipment.
All the operations are done in intermittent motion, thanks to an electric variable speed gear motor. Operating system using a programmable logic control (PLC).
This machine can form packs with 2,3 or 4 groups of cans.
It can also be provided with am automatic feeding system of cans, by means of a loading hopper and a centrifugal table.
It is built in three versions:
Mod. PACKET-3/75 - for 75 packs per minute.
Mod. PACKET-3/200 - for 200 packs per minute.
Mod. PACKET-3/400 - for 400 packs per minute.
