Our semi-automatic filling machines have been designed for a wide range of liquids and containers, working with an hydraulic system and incorporating independent bottom-up filling nozzles.
They are built for 1000-ml, 2000-ml, 5000-ml. and 10000-ml volumes.
Filling machines of the Minidos series
These machines cover a small output rate and are suitable for volumes up to 1000 ml.
They are built on a bed support in their manual version, and can be automated and incorporated in line to a conveyor belt with a capping machine.
25 l-Semi-Automatic filling machines
These machines cover volumes up to 30000 ml within the packaging sector.
They are built in semi-automatic versions for an output rate up to 250 units per hour, with filling systems by volume or dosing system by weight, depending on the product and the container.
