JET EDGE
The Jet Edge Waterjet Slitter is specifically designed for waterjet slitting, edge trimming, and cross-cutting. The Slitter is ideal for water jet cutting materials such as paper, fabric, diapers, insulation, webbing, rubber and plastic. It can be customized.
The Jet Edge Waterjet Slitter is powered by a Jet Edge Water Jet Intensifier Pump.
Construction
Jet Edge waterjet slitting stations are mounted to C-frames and consist of waterjet cutting nozzles controlled by the patented OmniJet® high-pressure on/off valve. One waterjet nozzle is primary and another is used as a back up, so maintenance can be performed while still in operation. A Jet Edge water jet intensifier pump supplies up to 60,000 psi (4,100 bar) water to the waterjet cutting nozzles.
