Jetline chambers provide an inert gas atmosphere, free of moisture for welding reactive metals. Welding chambers can be used for welding Titanium, Inconel, Zirconium, and Tantalum and other reactive materials.
Jetline offers two styles of chambers: purge style and vacuum style.
Standard size chambers are 36”, 48”, 60” and 72”
Custom sized chambers are available, consult factory
Clear PlexiglassTM domes are standard on all chambers
For applications requiring less than 40 ppm oxygen content
Gas analyzing valve for sampling atmosphere inside chamber
Apparatus well for passing water and gas hoses, and electrical cables into the chamber
Two pairs of sleeve and glove assembly ports are provided standard on each chamber

Entry Chambers to pass parts to and from the purged main chamber
Additional glove ports
Risers for increased working height inside chamber
Lazy Susan manual turn table
Purge Timer
Purge Welding Chambers:
Lower cost than vacuum chambers
Larger viewing area than comparable sized vacuum chamber
Vacuum Welding Chambers:
A welding atmosphere is reached much quicker than a purge style chamber
Decreased argon consumption compared to purge style chambers
All vacuum style chambers come standard with a rotary vane vacuum pump
