Milling centre for high-speed and high-power machining of medium/large sized precision engineering components. Thanks to the innovative two-axis TMX head with high torque spindle, complex electro-welded or cast components of reduced thickness or aluminium alloys can be machined with orientated axis, also reducing machine stress and vibration.
The outstanding feature of LinX TMX is its high dynamics allowing the reduction of translating dead times in large axis movements. The machining time of each single work piece is therefore reduced by up to 30-35%.
Full and effective production automation is guaranteed by the loading and unloading of the work piece in hidden time with automatic pallet changer, and the storing of a large number of tools in a chain or modular rack type tools magazine.
