Metastream® C-Series Couplings incorporate a segmented, piloted locating design. This eliminates the shaft distortion associated with conventional 'clam shell' coupling designs.
The CPLR is for industrial applications and the CPAT is for API applications.
The CPLR and CPAT range of rigid couplings, are designed to transmit torque to vertically mounted equipment. Available in spacer, and non-spacer versions, as well as axial adjustment to set vertical clearance.
The CPKT coupling is designed to replace axially split couplings with no modification on VLK and VCM pump types. The adjusting nut is designed to thread directly into the the end of the VLK and VCM pump shaft. The adjusting nut feature built into the CPKT provides readily accessible measurement prior to tightening the coupling bolts and nuts, greatly simplifying pump shaft height adjustment.
