Description

Our back pressure reducing valves and back pressure regulators are suitable for a wide range of applications in several industries including Chemical, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Pulp & Paper, Food & Beverage, and many others. Like the majority of Jordan Valves, the Mark 50 Series Back Pressure Regulator features the advanced sliding gate seat technology pioneered by Jordan Valve. Using the Jordan Valve sliding gate seat technology, the Mark 50 back pressure regulators have the signature straight-through flow, short-stroke that is 1/3 of a globe-style valve, quiet operation and tight shutoff. The Jordan Valve Mark 50 has high rangebility and extremely accurate regulation. The proprietary Jorcote seat material is extremely hard (@RC85) with a low coefficient of friction that delivers outstanding performance. Jordan Valve’s proprietary Jorlon diaphragm delivers unrivaled service life. Jorlon has been tested to more than one-million cycles in steam. Coupled with the short stroke of the unique sliding gate seat, The Jordan Valve Mark 50 is the most accurate and durable direct operated industrial back pressure regulator available in the market today.
