This machine offers cold chain monitoring for products that are thermo sensitive. It can be used during transportation of such products. This system integrates time as well as temperature and then records the cumulative time that the product was exposed to temperature above the preset critical level. The maximum cumulative time it can record is 8 hours. With its adhesive label, it can be directly applied to the product. The product or packaging can be monitored for temperature exposure without the use of software as it records the temperature change through irreversible color change. This system provides the measurement accuracy in the range of +/- 1°C. It can be read directly by color migration. It is easy to read and offers clear color indication. The system allows for rapid decision making and it is also economical to use. It can be used both for storage monitoring as well as for transportation.
