The Condair Dual 2 spray and evaporative humidifier has all the hygienic advantages of steam humidification but without the high energy costs. It is the ideal solution for applications that need large humidification outputs, ultra-hygienic performance with very low maintenance requirements.
It uses an advanced combination of active silver ionisation and purge and drain cycles to ensure that microbial growth is kept to an absolute minimum. The system is regularly tested by the independent SGS Institute Fresenius in Germany and certified to maintain the most strigent hygiene conditions.
The Condair Dual 2 consists of a low pressure pump and control station feeding RO water to a grid of spray nozzles located inside a duct. The nozzles spray towards a ceramic droplet eliminator that contains the aerosols within the humidification section.
As this moisture flows down the ceramic tiles of the droplet separator, more water is absorbed by the air, increasing humidification effficency and reducing waste water.
The Condair Dual 2 can offer close control of ±4%RH with large outputs up to 1,000kg/hr while operating on just 0.35kW.
