Ceramic magnet JSC Magneton JSC Magneton offers high quality strontium ferrite based sintered permanent magnets of standard shapes and dimensions as well as produced according to our customers’ unique requirements.
High-coercivity ferrite permanent magnets are an alternative for more expensive permanent magnets based on metal alloys. They have some apparent advantages, such as low susceptibility to demagnetization, resistance to corrosive attack, and low cost. The interval of operating temperatures for hard ferrites is from – 40 to + 250°С.
Permanent magnets of strontium ferrite powder are widely used in systems with high reluctance and high demagnetizing fields where there are specific requirements for weight, dimensions and for temperature stability.
Hard ferrites retain their magnetic parameters:
- at low atmospheric pressure up to 1,3*10-4Pa;
- at high pressure of air or another gas up to 300 kPa;
- at high humidity up to 98% at 35°С or lower without condensation.
Advantages:
- Low specific weight
- Dielectric properties
- High corrosion stability
- Possibility of creating systems with a large gap
