Precision glass linear scale JSC Precizika Metrology

Glass scale gratings are available in a variety of configurations. They are intended for applications where the user provides the scanning unit and the electronics to create a customized measuring or detection system. The quality glass gratings are available as linear scales up to 3400 mm length, as disco shaped scales with diameters up to 400 mm, or in special geometric configurations.

- graduation accuracy ±1; ±2; ±3 µm (L?1 m); ± 2; ±3 µm (L?3,4 m);
- parallelism graduation to glass edge <0,1 mm per 1m;
- shape of graduation line - rectangular;
- max. possible length of graduation line 15 mm;
