Differential fuel flow sensor DPT 77 is designed for measuring diesel fuel consumption in the fuel line of vehicles and installations.
Applications
Differential fuel flow sensor DPT 77 is to be used together with fuel monitoring (FMS), AVL, GPS tracking systems installed on the following vehicles:

It is possible to use differential fuel flow sensor DPT 77 on the river and rail diesel transport.
Mounting Differential fuel flow sensor DPT 77 is mounted into the fuel line of vehicles without changing the fuel system. Fuel pipe and Installation kit cab be additionally included in the delivery set. Installation kit includes: angle pieces, calibrated bypass valve, check valve, connection clips, screws and so on.
Compatibility Differential fuel flow sensor DPT 77 can operate as a part of on-board terminals which have discrete or pulse input 0-32V, for example with Off-line fuel monitor CKPT 31 Lite, On-line terminal CKPT 45, Teltonica
Principle of operation
Differential fuel flow sensor DPT 77 has two measuring chambers: one measures fuel in the supply line, other - in the return line. In-built board calculates the difference between them.
