The centerless deburring machine has been designed for economical external deburring of rotationally symmetrical workpieces with constant outside diameters, e.g. pistons, grooved shafts, journals etc.
* System with 1 operation for simple applications or with 2 operations for clockwise and counter clockwise rotation for complex applications
* Tools: brushes for removing burrs and for rounding edges or abrasive web for surface polishing, e.g. on coated parts
* Sphere of application: outside diameters from 3 mm to 30 mm
* Automatic workpiece transport by drive roller and variable throughput times
* Wet machining with oil or emulsion
