Vertical machines are especially effective in the balancing of rotors whose diameters is greater than their axial length. They are also ideal for use on rotors without axles, such as pulleys, brake discs, flywheels, impulse wheels for pumps, etc. The opportunity of working in a vertical axis and the possibility of smooth coupling, permit high productivity levels.
