Semiautomatic multiformat machine for filling and closing jars, mascaras, bottles ets. (with or without cup).
The KM503 for mascara / KJ503 for jars combines operational simplicity, simple design, improved adaptation to articles, a minimum of adjustments, and easy line integration.
The low number of consumables means the KM503 / KJ503 is very reliable. It requires minimum maintenance.
Empty articles are manually loaded into the machine's cups or special tray.
The filling system uses a diving nozzle for high-accuracy filling (±1%) for an extensive range of products, regardless of viscosity.
Preliminary screwing of articles is performed by hand.
A screwing device finalizes the closing of the article.
