Our filling system accomodates a huge range of applications: dosing accuracy ±0.5%. Expert in all tube closing technologies, for all tube materials (metal, PE, PP, laminate, multi-layer tubes, co-extruded with barriers, etc.)
This machine is simple to operate and even an inexperienced operator takes only 10 minutes to change format. Its ergonomic design and ease of access make the filler the most user-friendly on the market. The filling and closing subassemblies are easy to remove (thanks to optimised accessibility, ergonomics, weight, etc.).
Simple maintenance and troubleshooting.
Fast format change combined with "right first time" output after every change provides maximum productivity, even for short runs, and helps make significant savings on consumable components and products. The small footpring (2.5m²) enables efficient shop floor layouts.
