A filling assembly equipped with a diving nozzle, with or without shut-off nozzle, provides high dosing accuracy (±0.5%) for an extensive range of products, regardless of viscosity.
Simple design, uncompromising quality of mechanical and electrical subsystems, and minimum number of consumables make the KX 603 highly reliable; it requires only limited maintenance.
Closing heads designed for easy changeovers (sealing/folding) and suitable for all kinds of material (plastic, laminate and aluminium) make outstandingly well-finished tubes, at speeds up to 60 tubes per minute.
The simplicity and the reliable design, dosing accuracy, simple start up and maintenance, long production run and short delivery times mean that the KX 603 provides an optimum return on investment.
Possibility to upgrade this machine up to 80 upm (upon request).
