A complete line of horizontal and vertical semiconductor furnace systems for all atmospheric and LPCVD process applications for up to 300 mm, 12", wafers. A wide variety in furnace system configurations is available to serve specific footprint and process requirements.
The patented Black Max, Helix II and Aztec heating elements provide precise control for process temperatures ranging from 200-1300 °C.
