Factors such as the working temperature, flow rate, media, pressure and dimensional stability, the filtration rate, service life, interchangeability, self-cleaning and, last but not least, vibration strength change are all considered when developing a filtration component.
This type of data is crucial for us: Together with our customers and suppliers, we develop innovative solutions and select the perfect materials for the job. Together with the development departments, we discuss within the framework of constant simultaneous engineering whether metal mesh or plastic mesh, solid injection-molded screens or screen valve units are to be used.

The following are a few examples of filters developed for specific and environments:

Function modules with filter unit for transmission components

Filter screens with multiple functions are complete and tested assemblies that offer our customers genuine added value. In this type of assembly, the filter function is integrated, making sensitive components simple to handle and install. Customers are able to install these assemblies with ease and certainty.
