The new SycoTec HF-Converter Series e@syDrive are the ideal completion for the new HF-Spindle progam as both asynchronous motors and synchronous motors can be controlled. Adjustments to the motor can be set via user-friendly software. For both type motor technologies, e@syDrive converters do not need any complex and cost-driving rotor positioning sensor systems. The intelligent motor controller using ultra-fast back-EMF detectoin precisely identifies the actual rotor position controlling voltage and current for an optimum motor performance. Installation of spindle and drive is limited to a simple connection of the three motor phases plus protective earth.

PAM technology (Puls Amplitude Modulation), used in all e@syDrive converters, ensures gentle and efficient motor operation. Additionally, e@syDrive devices generate much less (approx. 20 times less) electromagnetic noise than comparable PMW converters (Puls Width Modulation).
