We offer a range of tab and cover high power resistors. The devices have standard resistance value of 100 Ω, other resistance values are available with 4Ω-1000Ω.The power rating is available with from 5W to 800W. These RF resistors are designed and manufactured with high quality materials to guarantee good and stable performance. The substrate materials are available with Beryllium Oxide (BeO), Aluminum Nitride (AlN) or Aluminum Oxide(Al2O3).
