We offer a range of surface mount high power resistors. The devices have standard resistance value of 100 Ω, other resistance values are available with 4 Ω-1000 Ω.The power rating is available with from 5W to 800W. These surface mount resistors are designed and manufactured with high quality materials to guarantee good and stable performance. The substrate materials are available with Beryllium Oxide (BeO), Aluminum Nitride (AlN) and Aluminum Oxide(Al2O3). All resistive components are in compliance with RoHS Compliant.
