Filtration technology

Depending of an industrial proces all dedusting systems are subject to demands, where the air volume in relation with "system pressure losses" upto the process of material discharge are of main importancy.

Also almost each material to be vacuumed has his own specific particle and flow proporties which should be tuned as well as with the selected filter material as with the applied filtering technology in order to realize an effective and sustainable dedusting system.

The Kiekens program offers motor cleaned envelope filters upto automatic "pressure differential" controlled air compressed cleaned cartridges and filter plates in order to apply the optimal filtration technology for each application.

The Kiekens program includes an extensive range of low, middle and high pressure fans which when combined or integrated in an Kiekens dedusting system guarantees optimal efficiency.
