The Mytrunnion-5 is a simultaneously controlled 5-axis machine with an X, Y & Z axis, and additional tilting A-Axis (150 deg. / -120 to 30 deg.) and a rotary C-Axis (360 deg.) with a 0.001 deg. minimum indexing command. Machining of high precision, complicated parts is completed in one operation, reducing the overall machining process.

An optional 2-station automatic pallet changer is factory installed and allows the operator to approach from the front end of the machine in order to set-up or unload one pallet while the other is being machined. Easy accessability and smooth automatic pallet change design with full enclosure offers the operator a safe work environment to perform in-process inspection while the machine is in cycle. This newly developed option offers the flexibility of increased spindle utilization coupled with the potential to connect with Flexible Manufacturing Cells in the future for 5-axis unmanned machining potential.
