Fastest for a macihne of solid box way construction, the Mycenter-HX300iF is equipped standard with high speed rapids of 1,969ipm on the X, Y and Z axes. The Mycenter-HX300iF is also capable of high-speed cutting feed rates of 1,969ipm on the X and Y axes, the perfect combination for high-speed machining applications. High Precision Machining is ensured with +-0.000078" positioning accuracy and +-0.000039" repeatability.
The Mycenter-HX300iF comes standard with a 2-station 180 degree rotating pallet changer system that provides optimum operator convenience and can b upgraded to a total of 8 pallets in the field. Optional FMS systems are also available depending on the customers' requirements. A 40 tool upgradable ATC is standard with a 1.7 second tool-tool change time. Up to 190 tools can be added in field for added flexibility.
A full 4th axis rotary table is a standard feature on all Kitamura Horizontal Machining Centers, allowing the customer to machine complex, multi-sided parts without separate operations or special equipment. The table is capable of indexing at 0.6seconds for 90 degrees (9000deg/min) rapid feed, enabling positioning at any angle very quickly.
