The ATChanger allows the automated exchange of plasma torch heads for the first time and is, therefore, as the first changing unit worldwide a key component towards the full automation of plasma cutting processes. The changing unit can be remote-controlled and no direct operation is required. Users benefit from reduced downtimes which lead to increased productivity. The plasma cutting system's capacity can be better utilised when performing frequently changing cutting tasks because no manual changing times are necessary and the cutting system can be controlled almost automatically.
