BDV Series Kjellberg Finsterwalde

The Kjellberg roller block rotating devices of the BDV series are designed for welding pipes and containers. Depending on the weight, containers with a diameter from 100 mm can be processed. Longitudinal seams as well as transverse seams can be welded with this device.

All models are equipped with drive and idler unit arranged in pairs (pair of section) for exact rotation control. The speed can easily be adjusted by means of a manual control.
Thus, it is possible to react to changes during the welding processes immediately.

The roller block rotating device can be adjusted and varied to the workpiece diameter with a few simple steps thereby reducing changeover times to a minimum and keeping production costs low. The BDV rotating devices are also available as mobile versions.
