Specially developed for the transportation of media up to a maximum of 200°C (temperature class T3), the KLETTI heating hoses with anti-explosion approval are used in explosive areas zones 1 and 2 (gas) and 21 and 22 (dust).
Anti-explosion proof heating hoses from KLETTI can be used both as analytical lines and for transporting liquid and viscose media. And what's more, they can be used both indoors and outdoors due to their IP-65 protection class. As outer casing, an electro static, conductive flexible hose made from polyamide or polyurethane and an electro static, conductive polyamide hard cap are used. Depending on the model, the corresponding temperature sensors PT-100 or thermocouples are integrated for regulation and limitation of the respective temperature.
