The automatic worm and thread grinding machines series H with its most up-to-date CNC controls ensure an extremely high degree of efficiency, precision and surface finish quality, when profile grinding single and multi-start worms and other thread type components e.g. screw compressor rotors or pump rotors in high- and small batch production.
In regard to fast and simple change-over to another grinding job, operating convenience and environmental considerations, as well as efficiency and working accuracy the H machines meet highest requirements.
The machines are equipped with an automatically working CNC controlled universal wheel dresser.

Workpiece and grinding parameters are programmed with the aid of a keyboard underneath the 12" monitor and can be recalled (max. storage capacity: 960 components). For grinding from the solid, as well as for loading and unloading equipment suitable additional options are available. For grinding of lead screws, large and long rotors as well as extruder worms the H 35 L and H 35 RL with an extended grinding slide travel from 660 to 1400 mm are available.
