Simple DC Ammeter
SMD 101 is a simple single purpose DC ammeter with serial communication interface for automated remote monitoring of lines in DC networks. Currents are measured with a hall sensor, which is built in the instrument. Measured wire need not to be interrupted thanks to the easy wire through installation.
The instrument is equipped with electrically isolated communication line RS-485 or RS-232. In connection with the remote computer, the measured current can be monitored with standard Envis- Online program or a third-party monitoring system using the Modbus-RTU protocol.
Logic output with programmable function can be used as an alarm to indicate limit states etc.
The device is designed for mounting on DIN-35 bar.
