OverviewABRALINE IV ADVANCED monitors and controls abrasive availability throughout the cutting process to ensure a constant abrasive flow, protect workpieces and reduce downtime. Designed for large continuous cutting machines and multi-head applications. Capacity: 1,000 kg.
ApplicationsDesign and operation- Two-tank concept: a large upper silo supplies an adjacent lower tank that is pressurized to feed abrasive to dosing systems.
- The lower tank is pressurized with compressed air; a flexible hose conveys abrasive to each cutting head's dosing unit.
- Dual-tank arrangement ensures continuous abrasive flow with automatic transfer from the upper silo to the lower tank.
Control and monitoring- Control cabinet with a relay continuously monitors operating states and sends signals to the pneumatic system and indicator lights.
- Level sensors installed at the sand outlets of both tanks are monitored by the control station; when the lower tank reaches minimum level the relay opens the inlet valve to refill automatically.
- If the upper silo level is low, a flashing warning light notifies the operator to refill the silo.
Variants- ABRALINE IV ADVANCED – capacity 1,000 kg, suitable for large continuous multi-head cutting machines.
- ABRALINE V – smaller version, capacity approx. 425 kg, suitable for medium cutting requirements.
