CINCINNATI KMT Precision Grinding

The Model CL500 provides an economical solution for accuracy and reliability for customers which demand-improved performance of their process. The CL500 and 1200 Grinders utilizes composite castings to minimize machine frequencies and thermal variations.

Slide Systems
All movements are assembled with precision linear ways. Accuracies are controlled electronically with positioning feedback by scale(s) or rotary encoders.

Dressing Unit
Profile dressing units are supplied as standard CNC or Diamond Roll plunge dressing offered are optional equipment.

Control Systems
Standard control systems are Allen-Bradley or Fanuc.

New for 2007
The Model CL500 will be offering as standard, “Dual Support“ grinding and regulating spindles cartridges. Both spindles are permannently greased pack for life thus eliminating costly hydraulic spindle lube system.

NOTE: These spindles will also be avalible for Customers who currently use the Model 340-20 TWIN-GRIP
