In keeping with modern press technology DA presses are the answer for direct acting pneumatic presses. They have modular construction and the size depends on a particular selected application. The presses have stroke lengths of 40 mm, 60 mm and 80 mm and a special lengths can can be supplied on request. For processing of PCBs and other oversized components, the presses require to have a larger throat such as XL-DS throat of 250-300 mm. Tall components require ore space in height axis so L-DA presses up to 350 mm are used. The presses are maintenance-free since all moving parts are mounted in bearings.
